Marika Antoniazzi und Ehemann Andrea Morlin, leiten die Azienda Ca’Morlin, im Montellogebiet, Provinz Treviso, die seit 1930 Weinberge kultivieren. Zusammen mit Onkel Sergio Bolzan haben die beiden jungen Trevisaner die Idee gehabt, anstatt wie üblich ihr Traubengut an die nächste Kellereigenossenschaft zu liefern, ihre eigene Prosecco zu versekten. Aus dieser Idee sind zwei Prosecchi entstanden: der Prosecco Perlwein „Lamestela“ und der Prosecco Spumante „Atunidea“.

 

Marika und Andrea, beide Önologen, haben mit viel Euphorie unser Projekt unterstützt und es möglich gemacht dass wir heute „unsere“ Prosecchi, die Prosecchi Bolzan, mit dieser Fruchtigkeit, Restsüße und feinaromatischem Bukett wie wir es gewünscht haben, vorstellen dürfen.
